Having studied graphic design and illustration at Leeds Metropolitan University I now live in Morpeth and work as a professional pen/watercolour artist specialising in landscapes, townscapes and illustrated maps. 

My pictures begin with pen drawings and evolve into busy, layered collages reflecting my love of detail and colour, and hopefully a sense of fun.

Some originals are available, alongside greetings cards and open/limited edition giclee prints, many of which have traveled the world as far as Australia and USA. 

My work can also be found in a selection of galleries and craft shops throughout Newcastle and Northumberland, including Alnwick Garden, Bamburgh Castle, the North East Art Collective (Eldon Gardens) and the Chantry Craftshop in Morpeth.

Commissioned work includes the Alnwick Castle and Gardens visitor maps and the large watercolour map which forms the centrepiece of the new Howick Hall Gardens visitor centre.
